Mickey Thomas is a rock singer. He began his professional music career in the early seventies when he co-founded The Jets with college friends. In 1979, he was invited to join Jefferson Starship as the lead singer. Under his leadership in the late eighties, the new incarnation of Jefferson Starship, now called simply "Starship", scored some of it's greatest hits.
